RE: ANNUAL MEETING 2015 – ELECTION RESULTS

Dear Homeowners:

We would like to thank the owners who attended the Annual Meeting held Saturday, June 27, 2015 for their participation and involvement with the Village by the Sea Homeowners Association.  We would also like to offer a special thanks to outgoing Board Member, Paul Nixon, for his years of hard work and dedication, while volunteering for the Village by the Sea Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

RESULTS: Mary Steely (Anastasi) – 10 Votes

Patrick Connolly – 32 Votes

David D’Orazi – 17 Votes

Jill Schilling- 11 Votes

The 2014 Annual Meeting Minutes were approved as presented. The IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 passed by majority vote.

Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend the Associations meetings. The meetings are to be held the fourth Thursday, of every month, at 5:30 pm in the community room. The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 5:00 pm in the community room. Please note that the meeting agenda is posted on the bulletin board, in the community room, one week prior to each meeting. This will show you if the meeting date, time or frequency has changed and will also let you know what topics will be discussed at the meeting.
