The Village by the Sea Board of Directors has been notified by Lindsay Management Services that Shawna Mathews is being assigned as our new Community Association Manager. Our former manager Kyle Krueger has left Lindsay to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities with a new business start up. On behalf of the Board we wish to thank Kyle for his hard work and wish him much success in his new endeavor.

The Board also wishes to extend a warm welcome to Shawna and express our hope for a long successful relationship.
