At it’s December 2014 meeting the Village by the Sea Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors adopted a Maintenance Matrix which delineates responsibility between the homeowners and the Association for various repair, replacement, and maintenance items. This document was prepared by the Association legal counsel in accordance with the CC&Rs. This document is being sent to each homeowner to be retained with your other HOA documents.
