The IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015 passed by majority vote.<\/p>\n<p>Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend the Associations meetings. The meetings are to be held the fourth Thursday, of every month, at 5:30 pm in the community room. The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 5:00 pm in the community room. Please note that the meeting agenda is posted on the bulletin board, in the community room, one week prior to each meeting.
